Add horizontal scrolling for larger pipelines #240

What feature do you want to see added?

Add horizontal scrolling for larger pipelines, see e.g. screenshot: image

While it may be possible to scroll by selecting text as if I want to copy it, or by pressing mouse wheel and dragging, it is far from convenient.

FTR, I haven't tested on Windows but on MacOS there is an horizontal scrollbar and you can scroll horizontally with the touch pad.

What browser / OS are you using?

I think the issue might with that with very large graphs the horizontal scroll bar is not in view but you need to scroll to it: e.g. https://ci.networkupstools.org/job/nut/job/nut/job/master/lastUnstableBuild/pipeline-graph/

@timja : Currently Firefox on Windows

@timbrown5 : good catch - indeed, the horizontal scroll bar is visible after a lot of scrolling down... not too friendly :)
