Use the cards component for visualising data #496

What feature do you want to see added?

Introduced in https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/9148 is the card component.

It'd be great to see this plugin adopt it for displaying the graph view and job details.

This component will be available in the next LTS release that features the redesigned 'Builds' widget.

PR would be great if you have time, can update the minimum to a weekly not an issue
