Support for concurrent job execution #12

First pack of fixes and improvements from Housemarque.

Fixes to make this plugin work with freestyle and pipeline jobs executed concurrently on the same node.
Executable path validation on configuration page.
Initial support for continuous builds.
Other small improvements.

Thank you so much for your contribution! We were already preparing a release to fix the workspace name issues you mentioned. However, our changes rolled back the behavior to the previous one (where the workspace name was inferred from the job name if there weren't any additional workspaces) whereas your solution is clearly better.

I'll review your changes ASAP and test some scenarios before we merge your PR.
