Add a selector format note for SSL servers #27

Some users reported being confused about what they should enter in the freestyle/pipeline specs. They were using Plastic SCM SSL endpoints and Jenkins reported connection failures. They were just missing the ssl:// prefix in their server names.

This documentation update will cover that issue.
