added option to change Workfolder for checkout

• workfolder is fix coded as ".", i.e. repository is checked out to root of workingdirectory

now:

• workfolder can be configured by , default is "."

note:

• q'n'd
• no path checks
• no fault tolerant configuration

ok, I'll setup my own CI Server locally for testing ... checkout works but any upcoming commands are not working correctly but fails the build job
