This release turns up MC_OVERRIDABLE_METHOD_CALL_IN_READ_OBJECT and SING_SINGLETON_HAS_NONPRIVATE_CONSTRUCTOR in a bunch of places. Not sure whether those warnings are valuable or if we should disable those checks by default.

Additionally, this release is quite a bit more strict about null checking than previous releases. Nothing wrong with that, but I do not think we should move forward with this PR until at least releasing https://github.com/jenkinsci/workflow-step-api-plugin/pull/173; otherwise, we will have a lot of false positives.
