Add ability to schedule jobs #13

It'd be cool if I could schedule a job, by adding text to the subject, so that the job isn't run immediately. E.g

Jenkins > Deploy @ 12pm Jenkins > Deploy @ 12pm Tomorrow Jenkins > Deploy @ 12.15pm 10/04/2016 EST
