[JENKINS-19182] Cancellation not working #51

First of all sorry, I'm not sure to which one of the plugins this is related to. We have a 160MB installer file as artifact that we upload to our website via a manual promotion which triggers a publish over FTP. During FTP upload, pressing the cancel button for the promotion does not work!

I don't think that promoted builds is doing anything special with regards to cancellation here, other than perhaps providing a really hard to use UI to find the actual promotion job running. If cancelling the promotion job itself does not stop the upload, then I think the problem is elsewhere. I may be wrong, but since this was opened in 2013 and has no other activity I am closing this issue. Please feel free to reopen with detailed reproduction steps.
