This was partially fixed via : https://github.com/jenkinsci/report-jtreg-plugin/commit/0ed4c7b8a8ab69927c0e6b85aa1d318757f72a34

now the main missing is link from job name to real job. This may require setup-able jenkikns master url (or passable from cmdline)
