Support folders (cloudbees folders plugin) #19

Consider nested level of '/jobs/*' as candidate files for sync don't assume all items are actual Jobs, but TopLevelItems

Seems like the failing tests are due to upgrade to 1.480 I already worked on it (see https://github.com/jenkinsci/scm-sync-configuration-plugin/tree/jenkins-1.480) but don't remember if it was completely finished (don't think it is, otherwise, I would have merged it on master).
