Add the menu items available to catalog users to the primary menu, under "Catalog".

Search Personal Catalog Catalog Help Suggest a Title

Add the menu items' "mlid" IDs (found in table menu_links) to the theming URL params: breadcrumbs param and leftnav_highlight param will need to be updated.

Will also need to modify theme javascript call on topmenu.html, 403error.html, 403iperror.html, 403loginerror.html
