List important terms and their definitions to ensure consistency and avoid ambiguity in the system specification. Use the language of the application domain and avoid uncommon terms or define these as well.

customer: patient in third-world country who needs medical attention healthcare provider- a doctor ERD- entity relationship diagram What's Up, Doc?- name of healthcare web application Capacity- how much the system can handle Accuracy- how well the system delivers the correct information Usability- how easy it is for the user to use the system Reliability- how often the system malfunctions Security- how well the information in the system is protected Maintenance- how to system stays up-to-date Accessibility- users ability to connect to the system Stability- how well a system is able to handle high-volume traffic Versatility- how well the system can handle different user groups Universal- can be used by anyone

diagnosis- verdict of symptoms but is limited to advice and not treatment or medication. medical case- contains information about the specific logon information Reservation- time to be connected with the doctor
