Description/Summary:
In Jewelry & Accessories section, when the user chooses a low price range from the price filter, items over this range are displayed first.
Expected Behavior: Only applicable priced items should be displayed when choosing the low price range in the price filter.
Actual Behavior:
High priced items are being displayed first instead of the low priced items.
Suggest: Place items that are out of price boundary into correct price boundary.
