[projects] New file doesn't work on Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click on a project folder
2. Select New ** File

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect a new file to be put in the directory, instead nothing happens.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Editra 0.3, latest svn of projects plugin.

I think this is related to some string changes I made to fix some
translation issues before. So I will look into it. Odd that it works on osx
but not windows...
