double click to "open all files" in a directory is non-standard

What Plugin does this relate to?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in the project browser, double click a folder
2. instead of just "opening"/expanding the folder it tries to open all the
files.  
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expand folder instead of opening all the files in the folder.  The option
to open all files should better serve as a drop down menu option.  most
folder view apps have double click as an expand.

What version of Editra are you using? On what operating system?

0.3.0, xubuntu
