[projects] specialized output for Update command #94

It would be nicer to add more specialized output for showing what files are
updated/changed when doing a repository update, instead of dumping the info
the Editra's Log window as is done now.

Either a status dialog or general projects output window in the shelf.

Added a basic dialog for displaying output from a sourcecontrol update command.
