125 readme - Githubissues

I've done a tidy up of our readme for the sake of our CVs. I didn't make it too flashy because we're not together and I thought I'd try to make it as agnostic as possible for that reason. Things this pull request will do:

Add our names at the top of the readme, which link to our profiles.
Add a 'what is dawn' section, which includes what it was inspired by.
Add more to the process. It is extremely basic at the moment and is essentially the TDD cycle.
Add more user stories
Add points for development, with a link to our issues

This is intended as a jumping off point, if anyone has any further ideas please do them! 💩 😄 🇳🇮
