69 improve structure

Changes:

• Renamed all files (code and specs) to adhere to javascript-naming-convention.
• Relocated EventController and Simulation to /controllers/ directory.
• Relocated decorator modules to /decorators/ directory.
• Relocated ColourInheritor to /inheritors/ directory.
• Relocated cell properties (Age, Gait, Voice) to /properties/ directory
• Relocated services modules (RgbFormatter, Mutator) to /services/ directory
• Removed DawnTime module as I couldn't see it in use anywhere. I have put the code on this wiki page for when we want to reinsert it.
• Tidied instantiation in dawn.js so that it is easier to follow.

Note:

• App appears to work exactly as well as it did before.
• All tests passing. I've opened new issues for modules that do not have tests.

Oops, I accidentally committed and pushed something else (made a big oopsie!). I undid the commit and the push but it had already dismissed stale reviews. No action needed, we can still merge once Ellie has reviewed.
