what's the difference between 'kraken_assigned_reads' and 'added_reads' in Bracken output?

kraken_assigned_reads is the number of reads Kraken assigns for each species originally. Bracken is a post-processing script that takes reads at higher taxonomic levels and adds them to species-level counts
