Minimizer counts column in bracken report #211

Hi! I would like to know how to include kraken2's report column "Number of distinct minimizers in read data associated with this taxon" in Bracken's report file so as to identify false positives. As in the case of reads, does the number of minimizers need to be corrected to take into account the minimizers of higher taxonomic levels?

Thank you!

Hi, I've been wondering the same thing. Did you find a solution?
