Is it possible to specify multiple databases for classification, as I have both bacteria and fungi in my species and therefore want to isolate based on classification.

Any help would be appreciated.@jenniferlu717

Do you mean while running Kraken? Unfortunately you cannot specify both at the same time. You will just have to run Kraken for each database.
