Auto-generate assembly version information #4

Given configured major, minor, and revision versions, the MSBuild process should automatically generate the following versions:

AssemblyVersion: $(Major).$(Minor).0.0
AssemblyFileVersion: $(Major).$(Minor).$(Date).$(Time)
AssemblyInformationalVersion: $(Major).$(Minor).$(Revision)-$(CommitSha1)$(Modified)

Examples:

Major version 1, minor version 0, patch version 0, clean checkout.
- AssemblyVersion: 1.0.0.0
- AssemblyFileVersion: 1.0.3432.5948
- AssemblyInformationalVersion: 1.0.0-cb34a91
Major version 0, minor version 5, patch version 3, dirty checkout.
- AssemblyVersion: 0.5.0.0
- AssemblyFileVersion: 0.5.3183.3948
- AssemblyInformationalVersion: 0.5.3-84c931a-modified)
