Merge this project into MSBuildTasks #8

Honestly, I think this project should just be a task within MSBuild Community Tasks.

Minimum changes that would need to be made include:

Fork MSBuildTasks and copy SemVerHarvester's code into the right directory.
Match that project's coding style.
Match that project's namespaces.
Change unit tests to match

If anybody wanted to do this, I license anything I own in SemVerHarvester under the same license that MSBuildTasks uses (looks to be 3-clause BSD).
