Not even sure where a user might want to do that.

Should the category itself be clickable and allow you to delete the category in a pop up dialogue? Should we have to swipe the category left?

What other ways?

Delete is possible now, but no visual indication of any red X that shows up, or any notification that a category has been deleted.
