I've lost track of the differences between master and my branch (esp with your new changes) so we're probably going to have to sit down and figure it out?
so I've redone the separation algorithm and it is working really well for cs dept (I've done manual additions for some of the courses wrt aggregating class sizes) and hopefully for math as well (numbers look okay). because of the dodgy data for chem, I can't really optimize it for everything; this is probably as good as it's going to get. orgo is still off (around 700 per lecture?) but it's not longer like, 6000 or some absurd number, but badly formatted data is something we can talk about another day.
