Program won't open, black box pops up for a split second #121

Description of the issue:

When I double click on the jar file, a black box with some writing in it pops 
up for a second then disappears. Nothing else happens.

What version of OmegleSpyX are you using? On what operating system?

v3.2.1 on Windows 7 64bit

How often do you experience this issue?

Everytime I try to open the program

Re-install java.

That didn't seem to fix it. I tried JRE 1.6 and the latest version of Java.
