I'm using pdfbook2 calling it with
pdfbook2 --paper=a3paper --signature=4 -n "$1"
on a PDF file created with LaTeX. Today I noticed that brackets are reset to default (small) size by pdfbook2. The brackets are created by the pmatrix environment.
