Can confirm, I have the same setup and the very same bug. HomeAssistant 2022.10.3, Raspberry-matic addon 3.65.11.20221005 and Custom Component 1.19.5.
Interestingly, communication between two devices in a group does not seem to be affected.
I am sorry, but RF communication issues are in 99% of the cases local usage/hardware issues and do not reflect to be an issue or bug within RaspberryMatic or a CCU itself. Please read here for common issues/solutions, especially if your base hardware is a RaspberryPi4 to be used:
https://homematic-forum.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=65293
Also also make yourself more familiar in how homematic / homematicIP RF communication works, because then you will get the idea that if especially HmIP devices are affected is a clear signal of a too high Carrier Sense (must be < 10%) and thus too high RF interferences within the close vicinity of the used HmIP-RFUSB.
Describe the issue you are experiencing
RaspberryMatic 3.65.11.20221005 installed in HomeAssistant 2022.10.1 breaks connectivity with HMIP devices connected via RF-USB-Stick. In RaspberryMatic all them are shown as Unreachable after some time.
Describe the behavior you expected
