ReGaHss: Zeitmodul bei Kombination Startzeitpunkt mit Wiederholung alle xxx fehlerhaft #886

Describe the bug Bei dem RegaHss Zeitmodul wird bei gleichzeitier Verwendung von Startzeitpunkt und Wiederholungen alle xxxx der nächste Startzeitpunkt falsch berechnet

To Reproduce Anlegen eines WebUI Programmes mit Zeitmodul, hier in dem Fall, Monatlich, am 1. Mittwoch jedes 6. Monats.

folgende Startzeitpunkte des zeitmodules ergaben sich bei folgenden Einstellungen:

Startdarum 01.10.2020 Next 07.10.2020 Startdatum 1.8. 2020 - Next 03.02.2021 Startdatum 1.7.2020 - Next 07.07.2021 Startdatum 1.6.2020 - Next 02.06.2021 Startdatum 1.5.2020 - Next 05.05.2021 Startdatum 1.4.2020 - Next 07.04.2021 Startdarum 1.2.2020 - Next 03.02.2021 Startdatum, 1.1.2020 Next 07.07.2021 !!!!

Hier gibt es eindeutige Sprungstellen, die m.E. nicht da sein dürften
