Documentation and bug reports should be available in English as well #981

Describe the bug

The README, documentation and this bug tracker are using a mix of German and English language. The canonically used language in software development and on Github is English. Do not assume that your software will only be used in Germany by native speakers.

Expected behavior

README, documentation and bug tracker should be English language only. Do not mix languages. The link to the English README is broken.

Well, the vast majority of users certainly is German speaking since the hardware is not really international. Of course you have a point here but nevertheless the "native" users might not feel comfortable with English.

Just check the official forum with around 50k worth of German topics and some 200 topics in the English section.

Guess it is fair the way it is.

@jottr I am perfectly fine with a english README and documentation and I would also like to have both resources in english language as well. So please feel free to contribute (this is a community project!) and translate whatever you want and either submit it via a pull request or translate the documentation wiki resources to english. I would be happy to merge and accept your changes.

However, regarding the issue/bug tracker, as you may have noticed, the ticket templates are all available in german and english language but I will of course not force users to refrain from sending in bug/issues using english language if they don't want to do that. But feel free to send requests for translations of issues to each individual issue submitter if you have questions about it, or even better, translate them yourself and send in your translations.

So as you probably noticed, I will definitely not force users to use english language only but would like to have the repository resources in dual language as consistent as possible. And due to the fact that the vast majority of RaspberryMatic users are german speaking I still feel that this currently has some priority here. And again, feel free to submit Pull Requests on translations, etc. as much as you wish. I would be happy to merge them in.
