Support for custom ftp ports #45

I wanted to use carddav2fb on a vserver to push contacts to my fritzbox via MyFritz. As carddav2fb currently only supports ftp(s) on port 21 and i didn't want to use that i decided to implement a port Setting. Hope you like it.
