This is not, but a feature. Create yourself an account at the yam.ch homepage and everything you log in tickets will NEVER be flagged as spam. Only non-logged in tickets will be checked for spam and thus might be flagged as such if words match a defined pattern.

So again: Create yourself an account and wait until I assign you ticket creation rights without being checked for spam.
