Bug report

YAM version

2.9p1

Used operating system

AmigaOS3/m68k (vanilla OS3.9BB2)

Used Amiga system

[...]

Expected behaviour you didn't see

"PNG datatype" mentioned as part of the requirements in the (Aminet) README file.

Unexpected behaviour you saw

YAM requires a PNG datatype to be able to show the default theme, yet this isn't stated anywhere in the documentation available. As a result, the first time a newcomer runs YAM on vanilla OS 3.x he/she is greeted with a neverending list of warnings on startup stating that image such and such couldn't be opened because the datatype isn't installed. Not the best way to welcome a new user.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Install YAM on vanilla OS3.x.

I can't check ATM if this is also true for other targets.
