whether or not support the .phtml type file please? #13

I need use smarty in .phtml file, whether or not support the .phtml type file please?

I have resolved this question. Add extensions in .vscode\extensions\imperez.smarty-0.3.0\package.json, and add fileType in .vscode\extensions\imperez.smarty-0.3.0\syntaxes\smarty.tmLanguage. reload vscode it works.
