Add Metadata method to Library Server #58

Add Metadata method to Library server to be expose through PlexAccount object like other method instead of PlexServerClient

This is great as i wanted to access the metadata for a request as well. I don't know if it is still the case but in the past with TV shows as you get the structure you had to do a seperate call to get the scapeids or similar info on an episode which is an issue i am having at the minute

Any chance this could be merged in an released in a nuget as i need this method

Looks good. Should be in nuget shortly....
