A very beta package to ge things started #59

@callahad @jensimmons I think this is ready for (a very beta) release, if we want to claim our name on npm or elsewhere.

Currently this PR is set up with the package name cssremedy to match the github repo, and a version 0.1.0-beta.1 to make it clear this is preliminary. Open o changing either one - but if that looks right to you I'll merge and do a Github release – then let one of you push to npm? (I can do that too, but I imagine you'll want it under a Mozilla organization? If you want to add me as an admin there, I can handle future releases.
