Add Api version due to: Legacy plugin WebSK v1.2.0 does not specify an api-version.

Cleaned code, added website etc.

Why would the api version need to be 1.13? The plugin also supports lower versions if I'm correct

In my tests only that version works.... But it will work on 1.12, and all versions, it's stupid text xD :)
