Now u can go to yourpage/files/file and you can open it. [FILES ONLY IN SKRIPT/TEMPLATES] Function is tested but if you want to improve it, do it :) I added this due to #30

When i will add config you will have way to turn this on and off.

New Updates

Auto Creating plugins/WebSK/files
Now you can return all types of files (images, text, html, css, java skript, also .sk, files that browser can't open will be downloaded to computer)
Added File not found error

Ready to merge! All test on server and on builds are ready! PS: I closed #30
