With the latest release, the baseline went up too much:

I’ve the same issue too. Seems that the leading is off for Fira Sans Regular, and it shows in many places, such as desktop notifications, or Safari address bar.

This is fixed in the El Capitan branch, won't fix for Yosemite (because I don't know how).
