Updating to support latest swagger.io release #69

What plans, if any, do you have to update to support latest release of swagger?

The SwaggerUI team have put a lot of effort into improving performance in recent months, so it would be good for their work to be brought into this project; that initial load time is a real pain for all but the most trivial of APIs.
