Description of the structure of Links data

All required data in Exformatics consists of .pdf files. These files can, for example, be placed in folders on a data stick. In daily run, there are more than 6000 links. (nearly 7000)

Data on the T: \ drive also consists of .pdf files, plus some .jpg files
A little work needs to be done on the structure

It is important to build a structure so that you can look around the topics.
