Combining all sections into one paper #11

We need a way to combine our sections into one paper before each of us starts imposing their own formatting style to their respective sections. Also, we definitely don't want to email Word documents back and forth and create multiple version and have your different OSs ruining style etc.

Obviously if you ask me, we should work in Overleaf and leave all formatting, cross referencing, creating citations, and references to $\LaTeX$ and use our time for more important things :) I know that I can get @Mark-Torrance to work in Overleaf but I'm not sure about @Lai-Sang :)

So here are the two options I see for working on the manuscript once we reach a point where we would like to comment on and edit other people's bits:

  1. We work in a google docs document.
  2. I combine everything into an Overleaf document and show @Lai-Sang how $\LaTeX$ works.

I'd prefer option (2) because writing up results in a Word document is 90% less fun and always looks worse. I'm getting a lot of reward from a nice looking manuscript.

Overleaf is fine for me :)
