New stable version #4

Hello there! First of all, thanks for this package! It's really useful. :)

I'm running on an issue related to the version of league/csv. On my project I already have the version 6 installed, so when I install the latest stable versions I run into a dependency problem (current stable versions require league/csv's version 5).

I've noticed that current dev-master uses league/csv's version 6, so I wondered if it's possible to create a new tag to have it on a stable version.

Ops! Just noticed that version 0.1.4 has league/csv version 6, but it's not on packagist. Could you update it there?
