The drugs_to_drugbank_targets.pkl file is not located in the rscs/ folder and it is needed for the benchmark_PathFX repo

I added the drugs_to_drugbank_targets.pkl on my local Verison 2.0 for PathFX to work on the benchmark_PathFX repo
