included batch processing into the docs
- copied files from examples
- updated (mostly shortened) batch notebook
moved contributing into its own section in the docs
copied notebooks from docs into examples

Referencing to examples from docs seems to be more complicated than I thought, so decided to simply copy instead. Closes #294 for now.
