Revise vignette to emphasize throughout that the model pertains to the marginal effect size distribution.

I've read through the vignette multiple times and I'm not sure where it's missing. It's very clear in both the evidence-generating process and estimation sections. Maybe all that's missing is a reminder in the interpretation in the results. Thoughts?
