What does nightscout_id mean? #1

I've had nightscout for 8 years now, and it gets hosted on node.js Platform as a Service hosts. I've had XXX.azurewebsites.com, then XXX.herokuapps.com, and now XXX.up.railway.app . I've never come across the term "nightscout_id" tho. What is it referring to? I'm coming up empty on google too https://www.google.com/search?q=Nightscout+ID

Oh, derp. The code itself has a comment explaining it.

Ok nevermind. Heroku is dropping free support, so I guess this tidbyt won't work on other hosts.

Think it would be hard to get https://XXX.up.railway.app/api/v1/entries.json to work?

I think I figured out where to put it
