cheaper batteries #50

Would be possible to test cheaper batteries, from EVE or Fanso, which should have the same overall specs:

(may request adding a supercap in parallel of the batteries to power the iridium modem)

FYI @TryggviLab . Would request a bit of tests though. I think the Fanso battery could be a drop in replacement. The Eve battery has a max continuous current that is too low, but may be ok with a supercap or two to help take away peaks of current draw.

Tadiran SL 2780 with supercaps in parallel may also be a possibility, and I think NKON has them in stock with soldering "tabs".

The scary thing is that at low temperatures (-30 or -40), some of these have a lot of voltage drop. So the safest remains the LSH20.
