netCDF: obs dimension name #66

  • According to H4.1, dimensions should be named "trajectory" and "obs", where "obs" corresponds to the time dimension. However, in your example, this dimension is named "observation". Should this be "obs" instead? (In fact, OpenDrift presently wrongly names this dimension "time"). Or perhaps the dimension names are not strict(?)

I do not really know. Changing from "observation" to "obs" would be fine to me :) .
