netCDF: add version #68

It notes that you don't provide a CF-version in the Conventions, but rather only "ACDD-1.3". It seems to be possible to specify several conventions separated by a whitespace, e.g. you could have ""ACDD-1.3 CF-1.8" https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/conventions.html

Thanks; you are right, I should have understood this warning. To be honest, I am not really sure of this version numbers, but I can add it :) .
